Our Story

Our Story

From a chance meeting in their teens a friendship steadily brewed. As grains germinate, grow and eventually bloom, so did the friendship of la Blonde & la Brune. Each developed her unique essence, which is put to use in their shared enthusiasm to create invigorating and tantalizing beers. La Blonde, a tireless and demanding restaurateur, and la Brune an energised teacher are ready to release their creativity in the fermentation of the ultimate nectar of the gods. A friendship, the know-how, the art of beer, and if you taste carefully… two aromas…two lives.
